QK offers technology service On-Demand with launch of new remote services
Melbourne VIC – Quick Knowledge (QK), one of Australia’s leading technology service providers have partnered with iTOK Inc a US based remote service provider based in Utah to deliver best of breed remote technology support services to the Australia and New Zealand market. The partnership enables QK to bolster its remote service capabilities and deliver support and managed service packages to the consumer and small business sectors.
Having serviced over 300,000 customers through its Australia and New Zealand wide coverage of technicians over the past 20 years, QK is one of Australia’s leading providers of consumer technology services. QK offers on-site installation, warranty servicing and repairs, deployment and upgrade services and is partnering with iTOK to expand its offerings to include best of breed remote service.

iTOK’s technology is used to support the customers of some of the US’s major internet service providers. The iTOK service model utilises a proprietary process and technology to combine end to end customer engagement with remote service delivery. This enables the effective delivery of support, preventative maintenance and remote management services for home and small business technology users.
