The HelpDesk icon should be located in your System Tray, which is at the bottom right of your screen by default.
Simply double-click the icon to open the HelpDesk.
If for any reason your HelpDesk icon is not visible, you can re-open the HelpDesk by going to the Start Menu and
selecting:
All Programs > iTOK HelpDesk > Launch iTOK HelpDesk.
The HelpDesk icon should then be visible in the system tray.
